We offer a unique, research-directed curriculum for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, as well as special programs for school-age kids. About Mini-Skool Parents and children love the warm, homey environment at Mini-Skool Early Learning Center Craycroft. Smiling teachers and staff greet families each morning, even comforting little ones who aren’t ready to part from their mommies and daddies for the day. Classrooms are cozy and inviting, offering colorful, appealing, and age-appropriate toys and equipment. Perhaps kids love the playgrounds the most because the world around them is often as vivid as their burgeoning imaginations: with our school located just outside the main gate of Davis Monthon Air Force Base, an array of aircraft in various shapes and sizes fly past every day. Our Philosophy At Mini-Skool Early Learning Center Craycroft, we focus on developing the whole child. Our Pathway to Learning curriculum is designed to foster cognitive, emotional, social, and physical growth all while keeping kids having a great time every day. More About Our School We’re located on the central-east side of the city in the Craycroft area. Our exact address is 1702 South Craycroft Road, Tucson, AZ, 85711. You’ll find our school in between 22nd and 29th streets. Nearby neighborhoods include Freedom Park and Myers Ganoung. We’re also very close to the Main Gate of the Davis Monthon Air Force Base and the housing communities that serve it. For families taking advantage of our excellent Before and After School Program, we provide free transportation to and from the following schools: Meyers Elementary School, Bonillas Elementary School, Erikson Elementary School, Wheeler Elementary School, and CRS Charter School. I am a Tucson Native. I have four boys. I have been blessed with thirteen grandchildren. I enjoy spending time with family but most of all spending time with my grandchildren. My home is always filled with the sound of playing children with lots of laughter and giggles. I have been in the childcare field for more than twenty years. I have been with Mini-Skool since 1992. I have worked with Tucson Unified School District where I worked in food service. My passion and my heart is working in the childcare field. I have numerous Early Childhood Training hours and I am currently looking forward to going back to school to obtain a certificate in Early Childhood Education. Ana Christina Solis Assistant Director My name is Ana (Christina) Solis I have been a childcare provider for over 10 years. I have experience in caring for children 6 weeks to 12 years old. My passion is working with school-age children. I love working with children creating arts and crafts, playing outdoors and keeping children in a safe environment. Throughout my years of service I have seen many children grow into adults and have stop by to visit and thank me for caring for them as a young child. Some even have children of their own. It brings me such pleasure to see them and listen to what they have accomplished in their lives. I have four children and three grandbabies that I just adore.I enjoy going to church reading my bible and listening to Christian music. I also love doing crossword puzzles and love to draw. I am so happy to be part of Mini-Skool for the past 19 years.
